Noor Associates Inc. is hiring Call Center Representative/Customer Service Representatives for a global, outsourcing company located in Burlington, Vermont. Our client was ranked number 7 on Fortune 500 magazine.
As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service Representatives, successful candidates will provide information and assistance for individuals, families, small group employees, brokers and in person assisters seeking medical coverage.
Job Responsibilities
Informs individuals regarding enrollment, benefit counseling, eligibility and enrollment
Utilize the Vermont State’s eligibility, enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management software and other State systems to perform all tasks and duties to ensure delivery of high quality service
Full time, Monday through Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm during training (2-4 weeks in length)
Classroom training is typically 7 days long followed by approximately 2 weeks of on the job training (taking calls) with trainer support
Hourly rate is $13/hr plus medical benefits

About the Job
The Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA) has selected MAXIMUS Health Services Inc. (MAXIMUS) as the centralized statewide Customer Support Center for Vermont’s public health care programs and the Vermont Health Connect (VHC), the Health Benefits Exchange (HBE) for the State of Vermont. The Customer Support Center (CSC) will provide information and assistance for individuals, families, small group employees, brokers and in person assistors seeking information, enrollment assistance, and/or services related to Vermont Health Connect. The CSC informs individuals regarding enrollment, benefit counseling, eligibility and enrollment for Qualified Health Plans and the Vermont Green Mountain Care public health care programs. The CSC will utilize the State’s eligibility, enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other State systems to perform all tasks and duties for HBE customers to ensure delivery of high quality service for all Vermont consumers.
