RN Patient Service Manager

A prominent CHHA facility located in Manhattan is interviewing Patient Service Manager, RN to evaluate nursing personnel performance through observation, record review and home visits. Instruct and assists in promoting more effective performance and case manager role within the CHHA. Supervises, guides and instructs the Nursing Staff, other Professional and Paraprofessionals in the provision of appropriate services. The successful candidate will be responsible to supervise and evaluate Nurse Coordinators in order to maintain and assure quality care services to patients. Oversee Nurse Support Associates in the management of the team activities. Develops and implements orientation programs for field staff and ongoing in-service education. Provide back up 24-hour On-Call to the On-Call Nursing Supervisor and as needed. Directs the program in the absence of the Director and Senior Nursing Supervisor.
