About this role:

• This is a full time position for a licensed therapist who can provide clinical services and clinical supervision for clinical staff in mental health services.
• You will partner with the Clinical Manager to train, develop, and evaluate mental health staff to build clinical skills, increase productivity and ensure compliance with Santa Clara County Medi-Cal rules regarding service delivery and documentation.
• You will provide a partial caseload for direct counseling services, including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, assessment, treatment planning, and case management as needed.
• You will provide BBS-qualifying individual and group supervision with team supervisees and any additional mental health clinical staff as needed. Supervise and co-sign all clinical documentation by supervisees. Group supervision must be at least one time per week.
• Provide ongoing clinical training for MH staff as per contract requirements.

What is required:

• Licenses – Valid California LCSW or MFT license; minimum of two years post licensure experience required. Current California driver's license.
• Education – Completion of BBS-approved Continuing Education for supervision of MFT Interns, MSW students, and Associate Clinical Social Workers.
• Experience – Two years of post-license clinical practice and experience in CA, including practice of psychotherapy or supervision for at least 2 of the past 5 years.
• Preferred Experience – Experience in Medi-Cal Mental Health service delivery; prior experience providing BBS-qualifying supervision to license-seeking staff.

• Ensure that funding agencies receive accurate and timely client data and billing information which is fully compliant with funder requirements.
• Represent and promote the agency in the local service community, the community at large, and in statewide venues, ensuring a positive and caring public image, as well as appropriate visibility, and to reduce the stigma of mental illness.
  
• Ensure that all division staff receive training appropriate to their positions.
  
• Partner with the Director of Quality and other Quality Management staff to examine, measure, and improve program performance.
